It does take a long time for the women to come to the cast. Register to even take an order. I think they focus on the drive-through way more than usual. Idk maybe they are understaffed who knows? If they can change their attentiveness to the front counter service would be great

I totally understand it can be overwhelming working in fast food. But the girls don’t know how to talk, my drink was handed to me overfilled with the lid half way off it spilled on my door and pants. My food was thrown anywhere in the bag and my fries were cold.

This particular McDonald's has really gone downhill over the past few years, and ive noticed a steady downward spiral in the quality of the food the last couple of visits. Normally, I wouldn't ask for a replacement, but my cold double cheeseburger had me worried about food safety,so much so I had to ask for a fresh one.

And don’t even get me started on the ice cream machine—it's always out of order, which is super annoying. The other night around 10:45 PM, we swung by for a late-night snack, but when we decided not to use the mobile app, the staff turned off all the lights! It felt like we banished. We saw another customer getting served, but we were totally ignored, which was such a letdown.

Even though these experiences have been frustrating, I try to remember that every situation is a chance for growth. I’m not happy with what’s going on, but I still believe this place can turn things around and improve service and food quality. Here’s hoping this location gets back to the standards we all expect!
